About these terms

These terms apply to the use of this website and its booking, contact, quote and review forms, run by CCD Creative Co (David Correa Chaparro, North Carolina, USA). By using the site you accept them. Our Booking policies and Privacy policy are part of these terms.

Who can book

You must be at least 18 to book a session or request a quote. Sessions for minors are booked by a parent or guardian, who agrees to these terms for them.

Using the site

Use the site only for its purpose: learning about our work, booking sessions, contacting us and sharing honest reviews. Do not send false information, impersonate someone, try to access the studio panel or other people’s bookings, overload or probe the site, or use automated tools to submit forms or copy content.

Bookings

A booking request is an offer to book a session; it is confirmed when you receive our confirmation. Prices, deposits, changes, cancellations, weather and delivery follow the Booking policies in force when you book. Keep your booking link private: anyone with it can view, move or cancel that booking.

Your information

You confirm that the information you send is accurate and that you may share it (for example, when you book for someone else). CCD Creative Co uses it only to schedule and run your session and, if you tick the optional box, to send you news and promotions from David by email. We never sell it. The Privacy policy explains the details and your choices.

Text messages

If you agree to booking texts, CCD Creative Co sends booking confirmations, reminders and updates only, never promotions. Message frequency varies (up to 6 messages per booking). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help, or text 704-762-6040. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The Privacy policy explains how we handle your number.

Promotional emails

Promotions are sent by email only to people who ask for them. Every one has an easy way to unsubscribe, and we honor it within 10 business days.

Reviews

By sending a review you confirm it is your own honest experience, and you allow CCD Creative Co to publish it with your first and last name on this website and its social media, and to shorten it or fix typos without changing its meaning. We may decline or remove reviews that are offensive, include personal data of others, are not about a real session or are promotional. You can ask us to remove your review at any time. Reviews shown from Google belong to their authors and to Google.

Photos and content

All photos, videos, texts and designs on this site belong to CCD Creative Co or to the people who appear in them, and are protected by copyright. Do not copy, download for reuse or use them for training AI models without written permission. The images delivered after a session are licensed as agreed for that session.

Your photos and your image

Before using photos in which you can be recognized to promote the studio (portfolio, website, social media or ads), David asks for your permission. You can say no, or later ask us to stop, and we will not use them again. Photos of minors are used only with a parent’s or guardian’s permission. North Carolina protects people against the commercial use of their name or likeness without consent.

Our responsibility

We work to keep the site accurate, available and secure, but it is provided “as is” and may have interruptions or errors. To the extent the law allows, CCD Creative Co is not liable for indirect losses caused by using the site. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under North Carolina or federal consumer protection law.

Disputes and governing law

If something goes wrong, contact us first: we will try to solve it within 30 days. These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA. Any dispute will be heard by the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, unless the law gives you the right to another court.

Changes and contact
